About Us

About Me

I am a graduate of North Dakoata State University with a degree in Business Administration. Appraisal classes were taken locally through Kaplan College and McKissock. I have lived in Colorado for 20 years and am a resident of the Green Mountain area in Lakewood, CO. I am familiar with all areas of the Denver Metro market including Evergreen and Conifer. In my spare time I like to read, hike, bike, watch my kid's sporting events and walk my dog. Additionally, I volunteer as a booster for my daughter's sports team.

It's your largest investment. It's where you spend your downtime, family time and create priceless memories. I know the many factors that make a home a home but where does value come into play? What attributes of your property adds value to your home? Each property is unique whether you are located in a planned community or set within acreage in the mountains. I have the training to determine your property's value based on location, square footage and other atttributes. Contact me and we can discuss your property.

The Appraisal Process

We will discuss your needs and determine if an exterior only, a full appraisal or a retrospective (past date) appraisal is needed  based on your objective. The process may include just a discussion of the condition of the property, submitting photos etc or include a visit to the property, measuring the exterior and parts of the interior along with both interior and exterior photos of the home and any other buildings on site. An analytical snapshot of the market will be taken the day of the inspection or past date if a retrospective appraisal is to be done along with gathering all public documents. The information is then analyzed, reconciled and presented in a manner that is easily understood.
